Hey, I am facing a similar/same issue.

	Backup had an early error. Deleting partial backup.

I also checked my VolSnap events. It seems to have deleted some snapshots (Because my C drive was completely full about a month ago). This might be the cause of the Issue:

I only see this warning once so it should not be an issue anymore? I increased Shadow Storage to 10% for each drive, but that didn’t do anything (Drives are at about 80% full so should be lots of space left):

I also tried creating a full file backup, which worked, in the hopes that would fix incremental backups but that also did not help.
The full file backup finished but the error log contains 2MB of errors like this:
