Hi I have a client running on windows server 2012 r2 and the server running on a windows 7 machine over the internet. I had everything running but after updating the client to 2.0.34 it will not work. The client will connect to the server, but before starting a transfer it will crash and delete the server name from its settings. I can restart the server and add it back in but once a transfer starts it crashes again. I tried going back to the 2.0.32 but no go. I created a new connection for the machine and still am still getting the crash. The server is version 2.0.34
Sorry you are having issues. To solve the problem the client (debug) log and/or a crash dump would be useful.

The problem is that the server sends an empty server name, which then causes the crash. So as a work-around we should find out the reason why the server sends an empty internet server name…
Server URL should start with http:// or https:// e.g. https://server.example.com .
Internet server name should only be the hostname part and in most cases it is the same e.g. server.example.com .
That is how it is set. Server side setting has full url, client has server name. It still crashes in the same manner.
Server sends empty internet server name, as said. Check your configuration on the server side, please.
Ok it looks to be working. I had to reset the server. It kept removing the server name after I set it. Restarting the server seems to have stopped this from happening. Now it looks to be indexing on the client!
