One of my clients stopped backing up a few days ago. My other clients are fine.
The client in question has stopped backing up automatically. If I selected ‘Incremental Backup’, it states ‘Starting Backup Failed’. There is nothing added to the server log, or the client log.
I have tried rebooting the server, which shows that the client in question appears not to have reconnected. I’ve restarted the client and even reinstalled it, but this hasn’t helped.
I’m not sure what else I can do to debug the issue?

Sorry you are having issues. To solve the problem the client (debug) log would be useful.
If possible, could you post it or send it?

Changing the log level to debug meant that the log then showed that the client couldn’t resolve the server via DNS. Somehow the DNS on the system had got messed up. A quick kick and that has fixed the issue.
