Does full image backup work on windows10?

I’ve tested this on two machines running windows10, both didn’t work. How can I debug this? The debug log doesn’t provide more info for me.
The file backup feature works flawlessly.
Thanks.

Errorno5 I think is usually a permission error. More than that can’t help

What version of the agent and server were you running?

I have several Windows 10 systems (running builds 1909 or higher) that have successfully had image backups performed, from which I have recovered data successfully.

Maybe have a look at the client log file mentioned here: Having problems with UrBackup? Please read before posting

Sorry if resurrecting a dead thread, but it definitely works on W10 client:

This is just one of the W10 clients that I’ve got image backups of, and haven’t had any issues…though haven’t done a test restore for a while…

Have had them working inside the same subnet, between my networks, and remotely over the internet…if it isn’t working for you, then it sounds like a permissions issue or similar…

When you have been starting the unscheduled backups, are you doing it from the server or the client…?
