Connection Lost

#1

Hello , i have a problem with the connection between server and client , i use the versiune 2.0.36 both client and server .The main problem is with the connection , first when i installed the client and server everything is working properly , the backup is doing , but after 2-3 days the connection it was lost and the server it was inaccessible to connect to client.
The single solution it was to remove the client and reinstall it and after that everything it was working, but can you help me with some other solution other than remove and reinstall the client?Thank you in advice.

Sorry you are having issues. To solve the problem the client (debug) log would be useful.
If possible, could you post it or send it?

This post describes how to change the client to debug logging, where it is stored and where to send it to if posting is not possible: Having problems with UrBackup? Please read before posting

Thanks!
