Client on older Windows version

Hello!

Is there a way to install older version of the client for older Windows (2008 R2, Windows 7 and XP) with the server version 2.5.30 (and later in the future)? Usual client downloaded from the server can not be installed.
Is it possible to use older (e.g. 2.4.x) client version with latest Windows server?
Which latest client version supports Windows 2008 R2? Windows XP?

Windows <= 8 is unsupported since 2.5.21.

Can I use 2.5.20 client with the latest server or I should downgrade everything?

When I’m trying to download some older version of the client, I’m unable to access any configuration settings to write the server’s IP and key…

The installation check was added because 2.5.x is not working on Windows 7 ( Windows client 2.5.19 - windows 7 problem ).
