Can wildcards be used in the Default directories to backup setting?

We want to backup the user’s desktop and documents folders and not the other folders. Can we use wild cards in the Default directories to backup setting? Can we use the following? c:\users*\documents;c:\users*\desktop

try default directory to backup c:\users,
and included files Users:\Documents*
