First, on the SERVER itself, check the Settings, Permissions, for CLIENTS (note the dropdown at the top of this screenshot) and be certain that the checkboxes that allow the clients to control what you’re asking about are checked. If you want to be completely thorough, look at the individual clients, which can be accessed via that dropdown by name:
Then, after restarting the SERVER and any clients, check if the context menu for the CLIENT that you can bring up from its icon in the system tray looks like this:
My CLIENT that happens to be on the same machine as the server has the context menu shown above. I will have to check whether the client that’s on another machine does as well, but can’t do that right now.
