ZFS Copy-on-write raw Replication of Incremental Backups Expanding to Full Size

I am testing the replication of incremental backups using ZFS Copy-on-write raw and it is expanding the incremental image and file backups to the size of the full backup when it is transmitted and replicated.
Test bed: 2x Dell Optiplex 7010, i7, 16GB, single 1TB drive. Running FreeNAS-11.2-U4.1 and UrBackup 2.3.8 (had to compile) in a Jail.
Source: Full - 10GB, Inc - 352MB
Destination: Full - 10GB, Inc - 10GB
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I ended up using the latest version of zrep and it has been working well.

I continued to have issues so I reinstalled the UrBackup jail without using copy-on-write. The FreeNAS replication has been flawless without expanding the incremental backups.
