until I tried Linux clients I was really enthusiastic about Urbackup. Server installation on Ubuntu Server with ZFS was easy, although apparently not everything works with ZFS. I have to manually delete dataset from clients that no longer exist, but otherwise everything is ok.
Now I really struggle to get Linux Clients running, a Manjaro client did not survive the client installation from AUR and with Xubuntu I first tried ZFS, which at least worked so far that the server wanted to make an image backup but aborted with the error message “can not read MBR”. Then I also tested LVM in Bios Mode. The client shows up on the server, but nothing works, it shows Image Backup not supported and no paths configured. What’s wrong I have configured paths on both the client and the server?

As a last attempt, I installed Xubuntu with BTRFS and UEFI, the same result, no paths for file backup and image backup not supportet. I’ve seen that others here are using Ubuntu 22.04 as a client even though dattobd is not available for this version, what am I doing wrong?
