I have several different sites running latest 2.1.15 client. I’ve noticed at one particular site, the clients there do not check in regularly compared to the rest of my clients.
But if I check again later, the clients will have a more recent time, and may/may not say Online - Yes, depending on if I catch it at the right time.
The backups run as scheduled. Is there anything I can check to see why the check ins are failing?
