I have problem that i have no clue how to solve
Server : UrBackup 2.5.33 running on proxmox
Client : Urbackup 2.5.25 on Windows 10 Pro 22H2
Problem :
I have 3 device connect to Urbackup server, 2 Laptop dan 1 PC
i use the same method for all my device which is get the client from webGUI so the setting for all of them is same.
My PC and 1 Laptop manage to image backup to server without no problem
but on my other laptop it always fails to complete,
when i run manual full file backup it can run smoothly without issue,
but every time i try full image backup it start to fails,
first it can run the SYSVOL backup fine and start to backup C: , but after a while that the transfer speed decreare to 0 and it cannot continue again, it show on server as the client is offline but in client it says “ Idle” with Internet connection status : Connected to internet server.
the backup percentage when the problem start to happen is random so sometime is happen on 6% and other happen on 40%.
In server view, the backup process is just freeze with no progress because the server indicate the client is offline.
after i stop the backup process by pressing stop button, the the client start to show online again in the server.
