Windows agent context menu issues

Hello again,

During our testing of the appliance, we have noticed a few issues with the context menu from the tray icon. When trying to open “Access/Restore Backups” we are taken to a url like:

This seems odd. I feel it should be redirecting to our instance of the test environment. Anyhow, this seems to be missing from documentation as well.

just a guess.
Did you enter the correct URL in “Settings>>Server” and the correct IP-Number in “Settings>>Internet” and checked “Allow clients to start file restores” in “Settings>>Permissions”?
