Win 7 x64 no tray Service always Stopped

I am trying Client 2.0.32 (no Tray ) installed on Windows 7 x64. The service always shows stopped.
I tried to compile from source and after installation it shows the same problem.

but client 2.0.32 (no tray) works well on Windows 10 x64. Can anyone help please ?

It seems that some dll files were missing and caused this problem.
