Whenever I’m backing up data my wifi speed slows to a crawl. It goes down to about 0.1-1Mb/s Even if I limit the upload speed to 1Mb/s wifi is still slowed the same amount.
I’m running UrBackup 2.5.33 on a linux machine and my client is running 2.5.25 on Windows 11.
Take a look at your router! Usually there is some performance metrics both for the CPU and RAM to see if the router is overwhelmed pushing the traffic between client and server. Alternatively could be a poor Wi-Fi card which usually are easy to upgrade in most devices like laptops (take a look at the link speed in Windows). I would recommend anything Intel-based.
