Webinterface cant reach the page

Hello Fellow UrBackUp users,

I am trying to reach my urbackup:55414 and i am currently getting This site can’t be reached

urbackup refused to connect. in google chrome can anyone tell me whats going on i was able to login all week and do some changes to clients computer to back up documents and settings folders and after that i was unable to access the page do i need to restart the PC that the server is on?

Make sure that the UrBackupServer Service is running on your Server Machine. If that is off, you will not be able to access the site.

First, try to login via IP address, not by computer name.

What OS do you have on server ?

Thanks guys for helping me out, all I had to due was to take it off the network and add it back on

Hello

I have the same Problem after updating my UrBackup Instance to 2.5.32.0

Services are UP and RUNNING but i can not connect why ?
