Web Login Intermittently Available

Hello Folks,

Environment:
Server=Ubuntu 14.04
Urbackup Version: 1.4.9
HTTPS enabled using Fast Cgi
NAS backup target for Urbackup files

Problem: The web interface sits and loads without a login prompt.

What has been tried:

  • Disable ufw
  • service urbackup_srv restart
  • Restart the NAS appliance containing the mount point for the Urbackup files
  • Tested from different computers
  • Tested in IE 8+ and Chrome 47+

What tends to restore the login temporarily:

  • Restarting the Urbackup server

Where would be the best place to see web interface logs? Has anyone else experienced this behavior?
