Warnings and Error with file backup windows

Hello,

I’ve some job with windows client on windows server 2016 and 2012.
During the Files backup I’ve some errors and Warnings:

Error reading metadata of /C/Windows/System32/dhcp/backup/new/j500C117.log

|Error getting complete file “7DxPXTRNqpGApiDCXNYY|C/Windows/System32/dhcp/backup/new/j500C117.log” from srvdc01. Errorcode: CANNOT_OPEN_FILE (3)|

Do you have any idea of the problem?

File is in use, probably the DHCP service writing to it. Exclude the log file from backup
