VSS Errors when backing up SQL

Good Morning Everyone,

URbackup version 2.4.12 on W2K16 which I understand does support VSS. Our SQL DBA utilizes the SQL native backup tool and drops the flat files in a share for URbackup to pickup on a partition carved out on the SAN. I’m currently running into issues backing up the SQL flat file with VSS_E_FLUSH_WRITES_TIMEOUT error messages.

I have not been on these forums in probably over a year, but I have been passively using UrBackup since then.
