I’m running UrBackup Client 2.0.29 on Win 7 (64 bit) & enabled internet mode due to VLAN environment.

Although at the server backup status page appear this err, I don’t have problem with image full/incremantal backup.

(err_cannot_create_symbolic_links). The operation completed successfully. (code: 0)
But I don’t have problem to backup full/incremental image.

I only have problem with full/incremental file backup which are never successful until now with below error:

I already checked everything about VSS but found nothing wrong. Could anyone assist on this?

What is the path you are trying to backup?

After installed client, it prompted me to select the type of backup. I select to backup user document, desktop, music & video folders.

I gave this value.

I have no problem with image full/incremantal backup. Just only file backup give me problem.
