Hello!
I am testing urBackup and considering to use it for my clients production environments.
But i have the problem that the full volume backup stops multiple times for hours before continuing with the job. While the backup is not working the urBackup Client on the Windows Machine is in Idle Mode.
The following error message is in the logfile of the server:

I have no file backups configured, only volume backups.
The urBackup Server is running on a Ubuntu 20.04 with btrfs file system. The server itself is connected to one of my clients site over a pptp vpn connection. Client to back up is therefore on the remote site. The internet mode is activated and configured according to the Administration Manual. I have disabled compressed and encrypted transfer of the data. All other settings are default.
Is there any way to edit the Exponential backoff timeout settings or disable it?
