When running urbackup verify-hashes, is the process aware of hard links and avoids duplicate verification?
I’m asking because I got this on a 2TB drive with incremental file backups using hard links.
To be verified: 13.0758 TB of files
My question is still relevant. It’s now verifying 46TB of data on a 4TB disk, and I want to know if I should abort the process…

Using strace I saw that indeed it is not aware of hard links, and rechecks the same files (inodes) over and over again.
