after running
sudo urbackupsrv verify-hashes --verify ‘*’
urbackup output on all files is

but files exist

So permission denied… you’d probably have to start it with sudo urbackupsrv verify-hashes --verify ‘*’ -u root

urbackupsrv remove-unknown
and all files is wiped from DB - same reason / solution ? (i have DB backup = no problem)
