If the user right on the file changes, then re-calculate hash of the file and at the same time take up the entire space / no ZFS reflink
- files to backup = 1TB, then space used on urbackup = 1TB / backup time: 24hours
- changed/added files 500MB, then space used on urbackup = 1TB + 500MB / backup time: 1hour
- changed/added files 0MB, user rights have been changed on all files, then space used on urbackup = 1TB + 500MB + 1TB / backup time: 24hour
1+2 = OK
3 = problem ?
Client = Windows
Server = Linux
example:
200402-1121 = changed user right on all files
