UrBackUp tries to backup a non-existing recovery partition

UrBackUp seems to do backups on all of our Windows 10 machines that have C drives with:
EFI partition … C drive … Recovery Partition

And always fails on machines with just:
EFI partition … C drive

Always the same error (and nothing gets backed up at all) fails after 5-15 secs with:

Backing up System Reserved (SYSVOL) partition failed. Image backup failed

Shouldn’t the backup still work… and the missing SYSVOL just get ignored?
Or is there a way to still UrBackUp “skip the SYSVOL”… just do everything else.
I’ve tried specifying C or ALL or ALL_NONUSB. Same error.

I’m running server v2.5.28 and client v2.5.23

We can’t (and don’t want to) create unneeded Recovery Partitions on all of our computers.
The machines themselves all seem to boot and run fine.

Here’s the output of sysvol_test.exe
