We are experiencing an issue with our UrBackup Server version 2.38 running on Windows Server 2012 R2. The service is getting stuck in the “starting” phase. When you navigate to the IP it’ll start loading the UI, but it only ever loads the nav menu.
The server has been rebooted and the registry key for the timeout of services has been modified to a larger value.
Please advise how to proceed without data/backup loss.
