Urbackup not seeing the Linux boxes

I have Urbackup setup on a windows server. The Server has no problems seeing the Windows clients, but is not seeing either of my Linux boxes.

I installed the client and restarted the Linux box and then tried to run the back up from the client and got this

I can ping the server with no issue.

Not sure if that will help.

The server does not see the Linux client. The server can ping the client with no issue.

I tried the “add new client“ and it says that IP is not Online.

Any hints?

Perhaps you have some firewall?
