I am new to this program. I set up an incremental backup for once every hour just to test things. I think I will change it to once a day afterwards.
I notice that it creates a new folder for each new incremental backup and it contains all of the files in that directory. It looks like it is doing a full backup instead. Or, does it use the files that weren’t modified from the server and copy them over to that folder? Or does it basically do a full backup each time?

It uses hard links ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hard_link ) for unchanged files.
Ok, I was just curious because it looks like each entire folder is taking up harddrive space… That was why I couldn’t figure out if it was just an incremental backup, why it was doing that… And I’m still not sure I understand… I understand that the files are linked, but are there actual copies of this file in each of the folders?
Sorry I am not so new to incremental backups, but new to this setup…
