Urbackup error message.could someone give me a solution?

i use internet mode to backup client. client is 192.168.10.x/24, server is 10.0.10.x/24.
error message:
Error getting complete file “QGf8tiRAubKHJt2nVKXT|ALL/Recovery/dd3f8948-cbd5-11e6-8f41-b5b05ff9a549/Winre.wim” from D20161201. Errorcode: BASE_DIR_LOST (7)

client and server urbackup version is 2.1.19 .
OS is windows 7 and 10.

From what I can tell the client is attempting to backup a WIM, Windows IMage, used for recovery purposes.
The client is unable to find the file as it says the path to the file doesn’t exist.
Can you check it does actually exist?
Is even necessary to backup your recovery partition?
