UrBackup Client 2.2.6 not backing up added files during incremental backups

UrBackup Client 2.2.6 not backing up added files during incremental backups.
Example- Folder had 5 files within it and last night I added another 5 pdf files. Today only the original 5 pdf files exist. Has anyone else had this issue? I’m afraid that if the server drive goes bad I will NOT be able to restore as I will have files missing from the incremental backup.

Any assistance anyone can provide would be great.

Please post the operating systems involved, server version, if you are using symlinks on the server or btrfs etc.
(Debug) Log files of both server and clients would be helpful as well. See Having problems with UrBackup? Please read before posting for details.

Via looking if the files are listed in "C:\Program Files\UrBackup\urbackup\data\filelist.ub" you can also check if the problem is at the client or the server.
