I have ported the official UrBackup 2.0.34 client, including its original wxWidgets frontend, to Mac OS X 10.4.11 on 32-bit PowerPC.
This is a native Mach-O PowerPC build, not an emulator or a replacement GUI. It preserves the original client protocol, windows, menus, translations and status handling.
Working features:

Full and incremental file backups to UrBackup 2.x servers.

File restoration, including HFS+ resource forks, FinderInfo and extended attributes.

Original Settings, Paths, Logs and Infos windows.

Tested successfully on a real iBook G4 running Tiger 10.4.11.
Known limitations:

Image backups are not supported.

Symlink timestamps cannot be preserved on Darwin 8/HFS+.

The native folder picker has been replaced with absolute-path entry.

The menu-bar status icon may not appear in some Tiger sessions.

The release includes the source snapshot and upstream license notices and is distributed under AGPLv3-or-later.
I would welcome testing on other PowerPC Macs (G3, G4 and G5), particularly regarding backup/restore integrity and GUI compatibility.
I am also interested in exploring a port of a more recent UrBackup client release, building on the work already completed.
This is an unofficial community port, with no endorsement or hosting requested from the UrBackup project.
