i currently have the latest client installed on multiple pcs running off my server. Once i install the client onto a clients pc it will initiate the full file back up no problem. Then it will eventually have a couple incremental backups. Then it will give the client a Red icon and give them and authentication error for the wrong client but it indeed is 100% correct. It has the same server key and everything. Because it just worked 12 hours ago. Also i have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and get the same error.
That user joe is currently online yet he gets the red icon indicating him its the wrong client but it worked 12 hours ago and this is not the first time it has happened either. Ive restarted the service ive made sure all server keys were correct and so far have found nothing that makes it work 100% all the users on that list were installed the same way through an admin account. I dont know if shutting the computer down mid backup could potentially be a factor because the 2nd was a friday and people shut their machines off when they leave. But what are the odds.
