Unable to restore big directory by zip on web interface : stop at 4,2Go

Hello,

in the web interface, i go to backups, and select my backup.

I click on Download folder as ZIP
but at ~4,2Go, the zip stop to download.
and it’s corrupted.

Have you a solution ?

This is currently a limitation. There is currenlty no ZIP64 support which means they are limited to about 4GByte. I was in contact with the author of the library UrBackup uses (MiniZ), and it seems UrBackup will have ZIP64 support soon.

Ok thanks for answer. Is there an other solution to restore ? server is debian, client is windows.

The file backups are saved in a directory structure mirroring the client’s. So you can export the file backups via e.g. samba and copy files/directories over or use any other file transfer tool.
