Unable to backup on one client

Hi,

I am unable to backup on one client in our network and getting the following error;

Anybody know why urbackup.dll would not load and what error 127 is?

Sounds like the DLL is missing.
Disable the antivirus and re-install…

Hi,

I have looked and the DLL is in the folder and I disabled the anti-virus when installing.

As well as the above errors if I hover the mouse over the system tray icon, it just says “Connot connect to backup server”.

Any other suggestions?

I re-installed the client for the 40th time and this time it connected to the backup server?

Nothing really changed, not sure what happened…
