Ubuntu 14.04 - Lost channel connection to client

I have windows clients running successfully but can’t get my 2 Ubuntu 14.04 server clients to run. They connect to the server and the settings.cfg gets populated but when I for an image backup for file backup I receive the following.

I rebooted the server and one of my ubuntu server did a full file backup but went back to the same message after that.

Started working overnight. Guess it just needed some time. Now to get image backup working on Ubuntu machines.
