I do NOT see any information on storage migration options within the admin manual. I need to migrate all backup storage files from one disk to another. Any assistance with this problem would be great.

Just move it; like copy and paste.
Without the DB file it won’t be able to associate the files back to the client, though; and when you do decide to move your 100 GB worth of files, you may want a 1 TB drive just in case because of how the compression works.
What OS are you running the server on? What UrBackup version are you using?
No. That will not preserve the linking operations and will negate all of the deduplication of files that UrBackup does.
with new version there’s a special option for data migration.

read the whole pdf of and somhwere inside it s there
basically it goes like
need to create or add something to a conf file with the path to new storage
then restart urbackup serer, and it ll move data around
then change the config about storage location in urbackup
then restart it …
I made a feature request to uroni for a metaserver, data migration would be one of its use case
