When we setup URBackup Server (2.4.13), the client version is 2.4.10. We have selected clients auto update silently. When client versions were updated from 2.4.10 to 2.4.11 on Windows 7 PCs, backups are getting failed. There is no issue with Windows 10 PCs after automatic updation of client versions from 2.4.10 to 2.4.11.
After several hits & trails, we disabled automatic update of clients in the server and uninstalled client version 2.4.11 and re-installed 2.4.10 from windows 7 PCs. The issue has been resolved.
Can any one have any idea why automatic updates on windows 7 PCs are not working?
