Starting backup failed (no logs on server)

Hi,
I’m running UrBackup 2.2.11 server 64bit on windows 10 with about 30 clients. They all do full/incremental image backups; no files.
One of the clients (2.2.6 64bit on windows 10) stopped backing up recently. When I request a full image backup the web interface immediately tells me: Starting backup failed

After changing the debug level to debug on the server and client and requesting a full image backup via the web interface I get this:

Live log: INFO No log entries yet
log file on server doesn’t show anything new
I changed the args.txt file and restarted the service. Is there anything else to make the debug level change stick?

I also tried restarting the service on the server and the rebooted the client with no luck.
I read through the other posts with similar topic but none seem to be related.

I have reinstalled the UrBackup client on the client machine and started the image backup again.
Immediately I got the same error.
Then I left it over night and it ran a successful backup during the scheduled backup period. All is good

Hello, I’ve similar problem: last UrBackup installed in a container, The client in windows is red and the client config aren’t updated with policy in server.
When I start backup: Starting backup failed .
No live log. Re installed the client but I haven’t solved my problem.
Do you have some suggestions for me ?
