Is there any way to speed up image backup restore?
I currently get 5 to 10MB/s transfer speed on gigabit wired lan.
And cpu usage on server is high. I think the app calculate file hash for each file on server when restoring.
So now I checked this box in options. I think it will increase transfer speeds.
Is there an option to completely disable hash check? so it just directly transfer files without calculating file hashes?
Which “level” was that setting in? Was that in the “Advanced” tab on the main “Settings” page?
Yes. And also in advanced tab of per client options if you have added a client. I checked it in both places now. I will let you know if it improved transfer speeds next time I do a restore
