After few days of testing, I can confirm that in my case the solution to exclude the process C:\Program Files\UrBackup\UrBackupClientBackend.exe worked fine.
I’ve put the exclusion in the Antimalware settings and updated the policy.
Many thanks to @PointPubMedia and all the guys here for the help.
Thank You @PointPubMedia , it’s working !!!
I can confirm, excluding the UrBackupClientBackend.exe process, resolved the problem.
Thank you everyone for your help!
not working for me.
Where is “UrBackup Client Backend.exe” located in debian, and how would I exclude it?
This is after excluding /usr/local/sbin/urbackupclientbackend. It is different from before as all metadata logs said 0kbps, but it’s still getting stuck.
I’ve also tried the reboot method, but to no avail.
