Shadow copy error on client

Hello everybody. I have a problem with a client running Windows 7. The UrBackup Server’s version is 2.1.20 and client’s 2.1.16. When the full image backup starts an error occurred: “Shadow copy not found. May have been deleted.”.
Do you have any kind of suggestion?

Enable debug on the client and post the debug.log file should help …

  1. Run C:\Program Files\UrBackup\enable_debug_logging.bat on client
  2. Start a backup
  3. Post client’s C:\Program Files\UrBackup\debug.log
