Several errors , incomplete copies version 1.4.12

Hi, I’m from Chile. Install this software on a server machine with windows 7. When performing backups me see the log and throws a lot of errors :

Backup failed

I see that there backup they say be complete and corrector but upon entering I see there only part of the actual information and I have several folders with an arrow curve in a corner (which siginifica ? ) thank you very much for your help
