Setting up UrBackup with open media vault (OMV) on a Raspi

Hi,

I am trying to set up a UrBackup Server on my Raspi3 that is running open media vault. I would like to store the backups on a connected external hard drive. However, the UrBackup Server can only seem to access the SD card. I have set up a directory on the hard drive and given UrBackup the rights to access it via ACL, but there always comes up the error message: “Cannot create directory for backup (server error). No such file or directory (code: 2)”
Does anyone know a possible solution to this?

perhaps this https://github.com/Fourdee/DietPi/issues/545 might contain a hint for the access problem.
