Getting these errors on my logs from one of my servers, I need to make sure the server is been backed up but this is giving me concern any iput will be most appreciated. Its a win server 2003

Could be a failing hard drive.
Have you checked it’s SMART status?
I always use speedfan to check SMART in windows.

Click on the Speedfan 4.52 to download it.
Had this Problem a few times but always with different reasons.
Check if your UrBackup server resolves the correct ip address of the Server.
Check if the Servers VSS Service is running.
Check if VSS has enough space.
Check if the Disk load is too high (or turn “background priority” off)
Check if there’s an NTFS Error (chkdsk)
Retry in an hour or two - some Clients sometimes dont want to backup and a few hours later they do the job without complaining (i only can guess that some software blocks the access for some time - never Found the cause of that behavior in that scenario)
Thats pretty much my experience so far with that error.
