bump!
I’m getting hundreds of these messages filling my urbackup logfile-- IPv6 messages (IPv4 is working fine).
ERROR: Sending broadcast failed! (ipv6)
and have reviewed several other related messages without a resolution.
Is there a way to disable reporting/logging of this particular error?
If not, is there a way to stop urbackep from using IPv6 altogether?
buzz
As I understand you disabled it only for network connections.
Instead it disable IPv6 for all system.
I’m not sure, but I think in that case UrBackup won’t use IPv6.
I use debian 10. I disabled IPv6 by this manual: https://www.faqforge.com/linux/how-to-disable-ipv6-on-debian-10/
I checked log and it don’t have that errors.
