Server don't start very well

Hello, Excuse to my english it’s bad. I’m a difficult with my english

I tried using Urbackup. But, when UrBackup Server 0.26.1-1(x64).msi on Windows XP x64 SP2, it’s appears a urbackup.log with a message error.

Or, When i want to go web interface to settings my Urbackup. I don’t see the title. I have this windows:

how how to resolve this problem?

I am using this runtime here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555
As you can see there only XP SP3 is supported.
But since it fails halfway it may also be caused by something else. Could you run
“c:\Program Files\UrBackupServer\UrBackupServer.exe” pgo
And tell what it says?
