Server 2.1.19： Mount Image does not show files

Fresh installation, Client:2.1.15, Server 2.1.19. Backup image
and clicked Mount Image, no files show up.

Hi:
do you use linux or windows as server?
if linux maybe your libguestfs didn’t support ntfs? like rhel >= 7.2.
