Saving and Restoriing a Virtual Server Windows 2019 bei Hosted STRATO

Hello, I want to back up and restore my Strato V server VC 60 with (Windows 2019).

How can I start the restore environment?
Only the Windows recovery interface appears in “Start rescue system”.

Does anyone have an idea?
