Restore image from local USB/drive?

I’m running the latest UrBackup Server 2.1.19.

Is it possible to use the Restore CD and restore from a UrBackup VHD image that was copied locally to a USB/external drive, rather than contacting a UrBackup server?

My server is hosted in a datacenter, and from what I read, UrBackup currently does not support image restores from internet.

Did you ever manage this?

Im backing up my entire windows partition on an external drive, and I want to restore it from that drive to a brand new, empty, larger drive. Cant find a way yet.
