One would always need a bit more information than “it`s not working” to be able to find reasons and/or solutions
What OS are you running ?
What other services/applications are running there ?
Which version of Urbackup are you using ?
What have you tried to fix the problem until now (details!) ?
Do you have log entries you can share that show more details ?

Well does this directory exist? And does the urbackup service user have rights to access it?
Can you run the shell command ‘lsblk’ and post the output? This will list all block devices.
Also, can you run the commands pvdisplay and vgdisplay and post the output? This will list all physical volumes and all volume groups.
